Delivery

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase gets to you quickly and in the most cost effective way possible.

Standard delivery

Standard UK delivery is charged at £3.95 for the majority of items. However, the cost of delivery will vary according to the weight of your order and this will be calculated within your basket before you continue to the checkout:

£3.95 – Standard
£5.95 – Medium (over 2kg in weight) 
£10.00 – Heavy (very bulky/large items)

Peanut & Pip gift vouchers will be posted free of charge.

Your order will be sent out via First Class Royal Mail or by courier, depending on the size and weight. Where parcels have been sent by courier you will be asked for a signature upon receipt. If you are not in at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery.

Should you require an urgent next day delivery, please contact us before 12.00pm at info@peanutandpip.com and we will advise whether this is possible.

Delivery times

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to arrive (UK customers), although you will often receive your goods sooner. Please see below for International delivery times.

Direct gift delivery

Goods can be delivered directly to the person of your choice which is ideal for sending gifts. Simply fill in the name and address of the intended recipient in the 'delivery address' space at the checkout stage. Don't worry, the invoice will not be sent with the parcel, but will be sent to you at the billing address.

International delivery

European and international delivery is charged according to the weight of your order and this will be calculated within your basket before you continue to checkout. Some products will require a separate postage quotation (due to the size and weight of the item) and this has been highlighted within the product description. Approximate delivery times are: please allow approximately 4-7 working days for European deliveries and approximately 5-10 working days for Rest of the World deliveries.

We are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with international deliveries and are not liable for these costs. You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country and they may apply customs and sales tax, which must be paid by you before you receive your goods. Please note that delays can occur in customs which are beyond our control.

Gift wrapping

We are pleased to offer a gift wrapping service for an additional £3.00 charge, together with the option of a handwritten card. Orders selected for gift wrap will be beautifully presented in the paper of your choice (be it for a girl, boy or neutral) and tied with a wonderful embroidered ribbon. If you wish to send a greetings card along with the gift we will be happy to provide a handwritten message inside the card for you.

Just select your choice of gift and the card to go with it and go to your basket to see the gift wrap options. Once your gift wrap has been selected, a link will appear next to the card enabling you to 'customise message' – click this link, type in your message and we will do the rest!

Please note that the handwritten card option is only available when gift wrapping has been selected.
